Simulate a delivery status update (mock only)

cription: Mock-only endpoint for integration testing and development. Simulates a status update from a delivery provider — mimics a real provider flow.

        Use `delivery_order_id` from the response of `POST /v2/mock/deliveries/` —
        this is the same ID the delivery provider uses to reference the delivery
        when sending status updates.
